In June 2006, M Group, along with Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Austin Lawrence Partners, acquired a 126 acre ranch property located approximately two miles from downtown Aspen. The Barx Ranch represents the largest remaining piece of developable property within 15-20 minutes of Aspen.

This unique property is divided into 12 parcels, ranging in size from 2-35 acres, each entitled for residential ranch dwellings of up to approximately 15,000 square feet. The partnership intends to provide necessary infrastructure on the property and sell the 12 lots, at prices ranging from $4-$13 million.
